Ailsa herself says:
"I'm really excited about getting the cafe up and running again and I'm particularly looking forward to being able to meet everyone. It's very important to me that the cafe becomes an integral part of the Centre and provides the best possible service to visitors, so feedback and suggestions will be very welcome and I hope to create an approachable and friendly atmosphere where that can happen. I can't wait to get into the kitchen and cook some of my favourite things to share with people"
